The New Hope Model

Proven help for high risk children and multi-problem families.

 

This Atlanta, 4-year demonstration/research service employed comprehensive case management with families and communities.

 

The research results showed significant benefits to children and families using goal-based methods.

 

The design benefited from Elsbeth Schorr's study "Within Our Reach".

 

The New hope special features are:

YFlower Continuous internal and independent evaluation of service and results
